rev:text	I was referred to Aroma by a friend who goes to their Bloor St. location. She sold it as quick and painless...and they just opened a location at Yonge and Eglinton. I looked it up and it seemed worth a try! Booking 5/5: This is important for me because I always want to book appointments at the most random times when I remember I need it and I would prefer not to ask for a brazilian over the phone for other people to hear. They have an online system which makes it easy to see a) availability and b) how long the appointment should take. Bonus: you can do it at work and no one will know! Location 4/5: While it's not right at a subway stop it's about a 7 minute walk from eglinton and probably a 5 minute walk from davisville. Great location! Aesthetics 5/5: As a brand new location I would expect nothing less than pristine but this level of appearance does not come just from white walls. Everything was clean - and smelled clean! A nice and comfy waiting area and simple hallway into individual waxing rooms. There is a coat rack - necessity for the winter months. Staff 5/5: The woman at the front desk was very kind and she introduced me to my aesthetician. I had Gladys as my aesthetician and she was so nice. We had a laugh - just what you need during a brazilian...I'll be going back for her definitely! Now for the most important part, the wax. The room was super hygienic - my most important criteria because no matter how fast or painless it is, if you are getting waxed in the wrong place you're screwed! The room had no dirt or dust and was prepared with all the pre and post-waxing necessities. Quick and painless was underselling it. It was speedy. I've never experienced a faster wax - I think it was under their '15 minutes' that they sell it as! They use cold wax which makes it much less painful. Most places use hard wax which works well but can still be painful. I honestly could not believe how simple the wax was...I'll be heading back there from now on. As someone who has been waxing for over 10 years at many different places, I would highly recommend Aroma to any/all people. OH! And they have a whole selection of Men's waxing options too:)
