  • If you're up at 3AM and your usual selection of Denny's, Waffle House, and Truck stop food aren't doing it any more, you should consider taking a trip over to the Blue Sky in Amherst. While their overnight menu isn't as feature-packed as their daytime menu, I'm usually always impressed with the service, the food, and the portion size. If you're lucky enough to show up when Chicken Paprikash is on the special, I'd highly recommend getting that -- it's an amazing dish.
