Scheduled a 15 passenger van for a group of global executives (CEO included). I phoned twice to confirm and stress the importance of the group. Was assured that everything was set, the van was a new model etc.
15 mins after scheduled pick up, I called to find out where the driver was. Placed on hold for 5 mins. Was dispacted to driver who said he had made a mistake and had to turn around bc he picked up a town car and not the van requested. CEO and Global execs were waiting for 20 mins and were now behind schedule. Group ended up taking multiple cabs to the location to meet their deadline.
Aside from the mistake, there was no attempt in that 20 mins to proactively inform the group of the error or that they were running late.
I called to find out what had gone wrong. There was no manager, no ower, just a dispatcher. I asked that management follow up with me ASAP. THey actually ran the credit card and I got a bill before I ever heard from mangement!
Cannot recommend, will not use again.
