  • Brittany saved her company from a bad review! She is so friendly and efficient! When I returned the rental car, she turned my opinion of this company around by 180 degrees! I had never used Fox Rentals because it's located off-site from the airport and it's not even with the other major companies (like Hertz and Avis) at the Rental Car Center. I only knew about them because my cousin used this company. To get to Fox, you need to catch the shuttle at McCarran Airport to the Rental Car Center and then catch the Fox shuttle to their lot on the corner of Pebble Road and Las Vegas Boulevard (near South Coast Casino). It's a bit of an inconvenience, but if you have time and want to save some money, this is one way to do it. When we got to Fox, there was just one party ahead of us. The guy at the counter (Rico) was so cold and uncaring. So sad, because this is the hospitality industry...where's the Aloha? Oh yeah...this is Vegas. Mmm... Rico told us to go to row 6 and select any car. The keys are inside each vehicle. We chose a white, scratched up Toyota Corolla with Colorado license plates so we wouldn't look like tourists. It was an older model with no remote. We had to manually lock the doors. However, we had great gas mileage and filled up once in 4 days! Anyway, like I said... Brittany is the saving star of the company! I was feeling sad about the end of vacation, but she lessened the pain and made me smile and laugh (about the Patriots and the deflated ball...hahaha!)! I told her that I would write this review so she can get credit at work and in Heaven! Good job, Brittany! Keep up the good work! Thanks for everything!
