  • Wish I could give a zero...only giving a 1 because the drivers were on time. Apart from that, they are UNprofessional, playing hip hop/rap music on their van radio which is very annoying to sick/ill people they are transporting to and from dr. appts. This is supposed to be a medical transport company, not hip/hop radio music time for the drivers. Drivers are semi-rude and don't communicate well with the medical clients they transport, don't offer to help with getting in and out, some drivers just sit there and don't look up. Changes need to be made in this company, which starts at the top. If you can avoid using this service, please do so!
