  • Jen and the team at Relevation provide a comfortable, personalized experience you really can't find anywhere else. Many physical therapy facilities are open concept and can be chaotic to a patient looking for privacy, but Relevation provides a quiet, clean and comfortable space. The care and customer service there are also top-notch, and you don't feel like you're rushed and squeezed in between other appointments. The physical therapy and exercises have helped my back and hip pain greatly and improved my strength, and Jen was patient with me, as I like to ask a lot of questions and understand exactly what's going on to cause the pain. When I don't see her for a few weeks or a month, she checks in with me just to make sure I'm doing OK, which I really appreciate and is rare in this industry. The Pilates classes are also great and are challenging but rewarding -- I have definitely noticed a change since I started taking them. I also like the Reformer classes and hope to take more in the future. Plus, the classes are fun and the space is warm, as it is decorated with Cleveland-themed photos and art and succulents. I highly recommend Relevation!
