  • Don't subject your hair to this place! I was looking for a salon closer to home and have heard good things about Fiorio so I thought I'd take my straight, long hair over for a shoulder length cut with side bangs. Fairly simple. And you'd think the hairdresser would have asked what style I was interested in right? Instead, Maria immediately launched into telling me all about their shampoo and conditioners and how great they were...um thanks, maybe we can talk about my hair first? I had to stop her recital of the wonders of shampoo to tell her that I wanted layers and side bangs but clearly she wasn't listening. I know this because somehow the left side of my hair is longer than my right and I don't have layers so much as a mess. I've called twice to set up an appointment to fix it however they are completely unhelpful, the first person I spoke with - Gary - told me I would have to see the same stylist as they won't allow anyone else to do a re-do. And they only do re-dos on Wednesdays. WTF?
