| - I will not be returning. Here is a review of my experience start to finish: I walked in at 2:50 for my appointment I made at 3:00 pm. I started picking it my color and at 3:10 I asked about my appointment and they all looked confused and asked me what I wanted, I told them nail color change (gel) and pedicure. Then this lady who had been waiting for 20 minutes went on a rant and scolded all the workers there for making her wait longer than the 10 min they told her she'd have to wait. They sat me down and the man started working on me about 10 min later. He went so fast and snagged my skin multiple of times with electric nail filer to take off my gel polish. He would file my nails so low it would burn the top of my nail beds, I wish they would've taken the time to soak them off instead, I guess I should've asked for that. He also took of my gel nails in the pedicure chair to save time, but got my blue nail polish dust all over my clothes and back pack and shoes. Then he cut my nails while I was still in the chair letting my finger nails fly everywhere around me. THEN, He rubbed oil on my hands that had nail dust all over them, it was grainy and disgusting.
At this point I'm done with my pedicure which was quick but fine. Now I'm at the manicure table and I tell him what colors i want. Then he comes back with different colors and I said those are not the colors i wanted. And he said "close enough". Ummm what? Who says that to a customer! So I ask him to get the colors i asked for and he comes back with only one color and it's not even the color I asked for, again! And AGAIN he said "it's really close". I said I have a wedding I'm in so I'm trying to get it to match. So then he finally tells me he doesn't have that color. Why didn't he just tell me that in the first place? So then I say well can you give me a second so I can pick another color? And he's just staring at me and speaking a different language while he's looking at me. I felt so uncomfortable so I just picked another color. So he starts painting my nails and he forgot that I asked for another color to be on two of my nails and I have to remind him. He put two coats of glitter on one nail and three on another, so they looked un even. I had to ask him to add another coat. And then he forgot to put clear coat on one of my nails so I had to ask him to add another coat. He was in such a rush.
Then I get up to pay and it's more than what the lady had told me on the phone. I tell him that's not what I was told. And I had asked earlier for the unlv discount (which I did not receive). He gave me the price that I was told on the phone, but of course it came with a side of attitude from him. Then he stared at the paper I had to sign to give him a tip, he did not stop staring! I wasn't going to leave a tip, but I felt so uncomfortable that he kept staring so I gave him $5 and I didn't even ask for the unlv discount because I just wanted to get out of there.
Terrible terrible experience. Be ware!!
