  • Not impressed. Went in looking for puppies. Painted across their front window is something along the lines of 'Charlotte's #1 Puppy Supplier' (paraphrasing). They had 3 puppies in the store and said they wouldn't have anymore for several weeks. When asked specific questions about their suppliers, answers were vague and unsatisfactory (puppy mills, I'm guessing). I spent a few minutes (10ish, maybe?) looking at one of the pups, and was starting to consider one of the others, but was then run off by a clerk who said that, "You can't just play with the puppies all day." Well, guess what, Lady? If you seriously expect to consider spending almost $1,000 on a puppy I could get in lots of other places for $350-$400, then you need to be a lot nicer to your potential customers. Perhaps invest in some customer service training. All in all, staff was unhelpful and unknowledgeable about their inventory and animals in general. The woman in charge was downright rude. Not only will I not be buying a dog from them, I won't purchase supplies there either. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
