| - For the most part I usually have a good experience here. I do not go to anyone specific. The nail techs are usually able to create the nail I want, and they have a great Deluxe Pedicure.
Unfortunately, there is one comment I have to make. I would suggest NEVER going to John. He usually is the one who is not dressed like the others, answering the phone. I had an appt. at 11, and was taken for my pedicure (not done by John). After that, to fit in a walk-in they had me to go John. I didn't mind as I usually do not go to anyone specific. I sat down in John's chair and could immediately tell he was not interested in doing my simple nails. He took over seven breaks (I am not exaggerating). He went to answer the phone and book appointments, assist other guests to buy gift cards, helped NUMEROUS walk-ins get a spot, and even took a smoke break. He never informed me where he was going, he would just get up and leave in the middle of doing my bails. While I never mind spending a long time in the nail salon, I did then, as my half-hour design was literally almost an hour and a half due to all of his distributions. It was clear he did not care about my business, despite having an appointment which was set up weeks ago. It was a very frustrating and discouraging experience. The only reason I didn't leave is because I needed my nails done for an event that evening. I doubt I will be back because of it.
