  • Came here on a Groupon Deal. 50% off of the 2-hour rate. The Groupon Deal was a scam. I paid $15 for the Groupon, which was 50% off of the 2-hour rate. When we got there, the 2-hour rate was $25. If you do your math correctly, the Groupon should have only cost me $12.50ea. After using 3 Groupons for the kids, I ended up buying myself a 30-minute ticket so I can jump with my daughter in the Main trampoline area, after hearing one staff member say that it was okay to jump with your child in the center area. I get back there, and he said that my daughter had to play on the left side, and that I could jump in the middle area. Got tired of jumping there.. went to the foam pit.. came back.. new guy at the main area. New guy says that I have to jump on the right side, daughter on the left side, and there was no way for me to play with her in that area. There is a plus side to this all.. the foam pit was fun, the basketball area was fun.. the food is decently priced. The jump area is clean. Overall, I felt taken advantage of from this establishment. The Groupon deal scam, and the fact that their own employees aren't trained correctly. The girl at the cash register said, I will let management know. How about you just give me back my $12 for the 30-minute jump I paid for, which was useless because I couldn't play with my kids, and, the $7.50 that I overpaid for the Groupon scam?!
