  • The Centro Motel is located at the Trans Canada Highway (N°1) in a suburb of Calgary. We booked the motel via booking.com as we wanted to have a place which is not directly in the city but from which we can go into the centre via publuc transportaion. First we were surprised by the high rating whicfh is unusual for a motel but when we arrived we knew why. The place is more like a design hotel than a motel. The rooms are big, clean and well decorated. The staff was very friendly, helpful and nice all the time. The neighborhood seems safe, ok which neighborhood in Canada isn't :-) but it is located in a nice living area. The breakfast was included in the rate as well and was really good. We felt like home here and we had nothing to complain about. 5 star rating are more the appreciated here!
