  • This review has been a long time coming. I started going to Strimling in early 2014. I had a lot of fun trying the wide variety of services and products available. The young lady who performed my different laser treatments was polite, pleasant, and professional at all times. She is good at putting people at ease and making awkward situations more comfortable for people. She was knowledgeable about different products and offered honest opinions of how each service may or may not benefit me specifically. She didn't push to sell more but instead made ethical educated recommendations. The front office staff is always upbeat and friendly. They smile and remember you by name after just a few visits. They are respectful in their office procedures. I was never asked to pay in advance as some other reviewers have stated. I always paid after every service. And usually added moisturizer or some other product on display near the exit counter. They are also much better than most doctor's offices about not discussing personal information in front of other patients. The woman who did my injections was caring and genuine in her desire to make women feel beautiful. She was absolutely exceptional with her follow up care and "bedside manner." After a dozen or so visits, I was comfortable with everyone I interacted with in this office as well as the quality of service they provided. I sent my daughter in for a course of laser hair removal that spanned several appointments over several months. She was also very pleased with the staff and service. She referred a couple of friends and so did I. Our friends have given us positive feedback after their appointments too so I'm confused by all the negative reviews. I didn't typically see Dr. Strimling. But after experimenting with all the different services they have available, I had a reaction to one. That's when I met the doctor. I found him to be kind and sincere. He went above and beyond by treating me, calling to check on me, arranging for his staff to deliver lotions to my home, and refunding what I paid for that service. So like 99% of the services my family received went well. The product I purchased there was exceptional. And only once did I have a problem. But it's not about how someone falls. It's all about how they get back up. I have a lot of respect for the team at Strimling because of how well they handled the one problem I had. I actually trust them more because of it. I don't live in Las Vegas anymore but if I did Dr Strimling would still be my Dermotologist. Don't listen to these haters. These are people who expect miracles from lasers and get upset when their unrealistic expectations aren't met. If you're 50, these services won't make you look 20 and you can't blame the doctor for that. But they do help. I think I saw the most value from the one where they put black stuff on your face and then you feel a lot of snap crackle pop like static electricity on your face. I don't know what it's called but the point is you should ignore the haters on Yelp, go ask for the snap crackle pop laser, and tell them Jessica sent you. :)
