  • WARNING LONG REVIEW: So the 5 Stars comes from the level of customer service I received here. I will give you a very detailed description of what living here entails. (LOVE) The Size of my 2 bedroom apartment. 1350SqFT, crown molding, & the office makes it feel more like a condo/house. My Fam & Friends all love how "homie" it feels. Both of the bedrooms are roughly the same size, so you & your roomie won't have to battle over the larger bedroom. You will have a walk-in closet, & ample storage space. (LOVE) The Location. Within walking distance to shopping, BARS, food. Uber never costs more than $5. (LOVE) How Quiet it is: Never had a problem with noisy neighbors. (LIKE) That Water, Cable, Internet is included in the bill. The Spectrum technology package isnt really a good deal, but its 1 less bill auto drafting out of your account. (LIKE) The fact that all maintenance is taken care of for you. However they don't always do the best job. Especially when it comes to patching up cracks or fixing the doors in our case. (Disliked/Didn't care for) The amenities are below average. The pool isn't as big as it looks on the website, and the gym equipment frankly sucks and the space is limited. You have to pay to use the theater room at night, and I never used it for that reason. (ABSOLUTELY ADORED) This is so super sad but my roommate died suddenly shortly after we had resigned our lease. The office didn't have to legally help me, but they worked with me to find a solution. This is extremely valuable when you're going through a terrible crisis. THANK YOU TARA!!
