  • First and last time. Very dirty the towels they used had people's nails and dirt on them when beginning my treatment. They have 2 kinds of pedicures. They charged me for the most expensive one because I didn't clarify on the sign in sheet which one I wanted. The man sitting at the desk didn't clarify this for me. They tried to tell me if you wanted express you needed to say it. There wasn't one other person on the sheet that clarified express or spa. The nail polish has been "watered" down with nail polish remover- very runny.
