Our experience at this hotel was miserable. We made arrangements with them months in advance. However when our guests arrived they were told they had to check in late because the rooms had not been cleaned.
When we were allowed in the rooms - they had obviously not done much cleaning as a UV light soon revealed. Many of our guests - Hilton honors members - were appalled at the state of the hotel.
The pool was dirty and the vacuum cleaner just sat in it for days without moving. The spa was broken.
The staff was rude to us and our guests. Furthermore, the hotel had promised free breakfast for our guests only to break that agreement once they arrived. When we complained about this they argued the breakfast was only for the Sunday after the wedding. However - 5 days after our guests were given the complimentary breakfast - the manager - Andre - charged our credit card $500 for the breakfast. When we complained that this was the 2nd agreement they broke the response was a sarcastic "sue me".
Don't trust what this hotel promises. They will say anything to get your business and then go back on the deal with the attitude of "what are you going to do about it".
I for one will never again suggest to any of our many out of town guests to stay there.
