  • Nathan S. at the Finance told us, that he will call back to us in two hours, never called, I called back in two hours, no answer to his ext. left voice mail, no response again, then I called the next day, turned out he's off on thursday , never passed my folder or information to another finance person that can help us while he's gone. I guess he doesn't want the company to sell another vehicle. I just thought he was unprofessional, when you say you're gonna call back in 2 hours with a result call back, don't just forget the customers, then I leave a voicemail and still no call back. I have purchased my other vehicles at Fairway without any problem, my recent one my 2014 Camaro, I just thought since Ed Bozarth was closer to home we'll give it a chance and found a cute 2015 Cruze. Time to go back to Fairway, they'll be glad for our business again. Unhappy Customer with Finance..
