  • Great place if you're looking for a vast selection of beers because they have many beers on taps and lots of bottle selections from around the world at reasonable prices. It's not called the Bier Market for nothing. The food has been a hit or miss over the years and I find the price I'm paying, the quality and portions are not equal to the pricing on the menu. Service is usually friendly, but when it gets busy the staff sometimes falls behind on service quality and you'll be wondering where they went. This is a good place to socialize, but can get quite noisy especially on weekends when there's a live band performing, plus the music being played can sometimes be too loud making conversations difficult. What I like most about this location is probably the patio as it gets quite a lot of sun during the day and it's always a great spot for people watching. Not quite busy like on Queen Street, but still some interesting characters walking by on King Street.
