  • I wanted to write my experience with this place . Please read the other reviews . I purchased a few furniture pieces and they charged my card . Around 1,000 . Told me delivery be that day . Then the girl calls me and says it's going to be the floor model and when seeing in person it had damage and scratches . I said no ! Then I call and ask if it was possible to just order a brand new piece , but was told it's discontinued . Then was told by the gentleman another story of the other furniture being damaged not the one the girl said to me . Lack of poor communication. The guy was semi nice . However sounding irritated with me ?!!! I had to drive all the way back to get my refund cause he told me it be on my card right then n there if I came in . I do not live close , but I drove in traffic one hour . When arriving the young heavy set employee was rude af ! And my money didn't go on my card until 5 days later. Don't buy from here . They tell you brand new but send out damaged floor model . I went to rc willey . 100 satisfaction guaranteed! Same actually authentic furniture for less cost ! This place is lucky I didn't contact Chanel 5 news !
