| - I went to this minute clinic on a Sunday. I saw a wonderful LPN and I had no wait time. The reason for my 1 star review? When I was seen I was told the computers were down and the LPN would need to hand chart. I saw no reason to be concerned . I finished my exam, was given multiple prescriptions and a note to advise 3 days bed rest for my employer. I went home, took my prescriptions, called my employer and went to bed. The next morning I called my FMLA to utilize my coverage, only to be notified that CVS had no record of my visit. As I type this, I am on hold, with Minute clinic, for the 4th time in 2 days to rectify this. Each time I call, I am on hold for 15-25 minutes and have to explain my story from the beginning. I can show physical proof that I went , but the lack of concern by Minute Clinic to fix this issue is unacceptable. I won't go back again and I will absolutely share my story far and wide. As an update I am still on hold, 28 minutes and counting. I guess I am going back, because I will just drive to the clinic and resolve this myself. What a shame that a medical provider feels this is acceptable.
