Disheartening to read the similarity in leather issues. A couple of years ago we bought a sofa and loveseat - within a year botching and discoloration spots. Occasionally buying experiences vary - ours was "great" with sales (Lynn), great with technicians but ... MIKE from customer service, ruled that customer satisfaction and future repeat customer business is not important to Arizona Leather Interiors.
Similar conclusion WE CAUSED IT (body oils).
Escalation of issue appears at this time helpless but I am not done.
