| - First off I like many others HATE buying vehicles do to past experiences. That being said, I will buy from VIP again hands down. I have purchased 2 vehicles in the past 12 months from them. The first a Sonic that fit what was affordable for me at the time, But it was too small. got great customer service from them during and after the sale. No pressure tactics like many places, was left alone to make up my mind, between 5 different vehicles. on one visit after the warranty was expired I took the car back and they fixed an ignition issue and did a walk around and found a bad tire so they replaced both front tires free of charge. to me that is above and beyond, I was willing to pay for the service but the said no It was on them.
The second vehicle an Escape to replace the Sonic, Sonic was just to small for the kids. Again no pressure, Easy financing. I stopped in one day at the end of business and decided to think about it overnight, got a call the next morning with finance terms and by the time i showed up, 2 hrs later the financing terms got 2% better from a different lender.
All of the staff from owner Kenny to salesmen Joe and Jim to the service guys were extremely friendly and helpful. No questions left unanswered, No buyers remorse over anything.
I received a more than fair price for my trade in and an equally fair price for the Escape according to KBB and Edmunds. When I went to pick up the Escape, they had it under their awning and had just freshly detailed it. I dont think it took more than 15 minutes to finalize the deal, as negotiations were done the day before.
For both purchases if you remove the test drive time from my visit it took under an hour each visit to purchase both vehicles.
Hope you Guys keep up the great work, I will send all my friends and family to you for vehicles.
