I need to provide this feedback, which requires no response from your company. A gentleman came to my home yesterday and everything was fine during the 2 hr presentation. After the presentation, The rep did not offer any time for me to speak with my family without him in the room. This fact led me to ask for time to think about it and we would give him a call. The rep then became the most unprofessional intimidating sales man I have ever come across. I am in sales, I understand rebutting or overcoming the "no" but when it gets to a point where my husband has to tell him to get out of our house because politeness isnt working, it's crossed the line from sales to plain bullying. This interaction was so out there after I said "not right now today, thanks", that when he left I realized I had hives. I was made to feel, so far past, uncomfortable that I will never invite another presenter to my home.
I then submitted the above feedback to the business and got two missed calls and a voice mail within 3 minutes of eachother and it was the same REP! The last person I want to talk to is the person that caused the problem. Either way, the rep was on the phone and said "I think I owe you an apology, but everything I did yesterday was for a reason". That's not an apology that is "I behaved badly to you but let me explain to you why that is okay."
