| - WHY CAN'T I GIVE THIS PLACE 10 STARS?!?!
Seriously, this place is beyond awesome.
My hubby and I ordered all three of the dinner menu items available during our visit. Then we ordered two desserts, ooh la la! All menu items were gluten-free and vegan.
#1. Peach & Pepper Fajitas: baked local peaches, local zucchini, local rainbow bell peppers, onions, lettuce, local tomatoes. Guac, rice, and black beans. Served with classic salsa and watermelon slice. ($9)
#2. Mexican Street Corn: Cheezy spice blend, and cilantro slathered onto half and ear of corn. ($2)
#3. Salsa Sampler: tomatillo, peach-habanero, and roasted corn + black bean. Served with chips. ($3.50)
#4. (Dessert) Coconut Milk Horchata Cake ($4.25)
#5. Avocado Lime Mini Pie: date-nut crust. ($3.25)
Every dish was perfectly prepared and the flavors were some of the best I have ever experienced in vegan dishes or otherwise. This is a place to take your skeptical family member who thinks vegan cuisine is weird and gross, cuz it will BLOW THEIR MIND.
Staff is very friendly - it's like being in your best friend's kitchen.
