I have been gonig to Ride Now off and on for about 9 years. I have previously bought a 2008 yamaha 450 from them and now came back to shop for a RZR1000. I like many have had good and bad experiences. But where most only express the bad, let me express both. Operating a large retail outfit myself, I know the difference between worthless reviews and not. I have been rubbed the wrong way by Ride Now in the past. But mainly the parts department. Their new take over of the KTM store across the street is not any better. You never know who your talking to and you should treat everyone equally. But the good part is my latest purchase.
I walked into Ride Now looking for a RZR1000. I had in mind to spend only $20K but soon learned how Polaris outfits there vehicles. I worked with Mike T from the minute of stepping foot there and he introduced himself to myself and my family. I kept details limited and he treated us very well not knowing my background. We went inside and started to look at the options. The process of negotiating was tedious as it would be anywhere. I ended up getting a decked out RZR1000 for about $35K. Once done with the paperwork, I went home and came back a couple hours later to pick it up once it was ready. I decided to drive it off the lot since I live close. After 5 minutes of driving it, the check engine light came on. Nothing sounded bad so I drove it all the way home and then called Mike and texted him with a photo. He sprung into action since it was end of the day and himself and the GM of the store, Eric, came over with the Ride Now truck and trailer and picked it up. They stayed late and redelivered it back to me about 930pm that night so I could take it for a spin the next day. I would never expect this OT from a corporate store but they did and I appreciated it. Things happen but what matters is how you handle it.
Unfortunately the next day about 5 minutes into the ride, the light came on again. I kept on the family cruise and retexted Mike about. Monday I dropped it off and then Tuesday followed up. They worked with Polaris to find the issue but gave me the option of "what would I like to do?" I loved this machine so really wanted to just get it sorted.
End of the day Mike and Eric got the Polaris issue handled and the machine is back. So kudos to them for providing an excellent service.
