| - Gosh, I was so excited to find this place, with narrow-fitting shoe sizes. Someone spoke to me at length when I phoned, and I expected I would get the same personal service when I came in. Far from it. I walked in, and started looking at the shoes. When I asked about availability of size, I was told to check the bottom of the shoes - that's where I'd find a list of "what's left." The salesgirls were happily chatting to each other, and couldn't be bothered to help me. When I did ask for a shoe, one of them went into the back without a break in the chit-chat, and didn't even let me know when she'd come back with the shoes! I did try them on, with no help from anyone. Then the phone rang. One of them looked at me, and then decided it was more important to answer the phone. I mean, it could have been a Nigerian prince advising her of a large inheritance, as opposed to a customer with cash in her pocket, ready to buy a pair of shoes. At that point, I'd had enough. I left, and am never going back.
