  • Highly advise AGAINST even walking into Sugar Factory. After I purchased a bag of candy, the Owner / Manager (name is Eriz) accused me of stealing that same bag I had JUST purchased from his store. He took the candy from my hand & forced me to walk back to the store front. After confirming with his employee that I did indeed purchase the candy, he gave it back and said have a nice day. Felt disrespected to the max. Terrible customer Service - check Extremely over priced candy (as should be expected)- check Fuck boy owner - double check
