  • worst customer ever on eastern and Russell location. the guy that was trying to help me was frank in hardware. i don't think he knew what he was doing in that department. i asked him if he was having a bad day because he kept on talking to me with an attitude and he waved his hand at me and mumbled. then david showed up and helped me with every question i had but my star won't go up as long as Frank works there.
