| - We were a party of 7 ladies celebrating my best friend of 17 years bachelorette party. I wanted to us to do Vegas right, having an epic experience and I did very thorough research to see how to get the most bang for our buck.
I decided to do table service and started looking into promoters and read some excellent reviews about Red Carpet VIP and the professionalism that they provide. We decided to go with them and Jeremy with Red Carpet was my main point of contact and host. Throughout the booking he was very responsive and informed and had great input on how to make the most of our evening. Indicating that due to the fact that Red Carpet does so much business with the club, we were much better off going through them, then being Joe Schmoe off the street trying to get a table. Made sense.
We ended up booking a table at Tryst for 1 bottle of Goose and a complimentary kicker of Champagne. We also booked a 1 hour limo charter prior to the club. They also offer a group prepayment option, where they split the tab for you, so each party member can pay for their share of the night and no one person has to front x number of dollars (in the thousands) for the evening. Genius! My group number and pick-up time kept fluctuating up until the last minute, but both Jeremy and their office manager Kelvie were very professional in accomdating these last minute requests.
So I'm en route to Vegas with my Bestie, stuck in horrific traffic due to EDC, when I get a call from Jeremy. The club is not going to honor the comp bottle of Champagne because of EDC being in town and they anticipate being able to get more peeps aka money rolling through the joint. Lame!
We get to the hotel, get ready and our limo arrives on the dot. It was a super awesome tricked out F650 limo. People at our hotel were taking pictures of it! It was practically a club on wheels. The girls were tickled pink and we rode off to do a tour of The Strip in style while getting our preparty on. We arrived at the Wynn, met up with Jeremy and he ushered us straight past a long line going through the red velvet ropes and making our way to the front and into Tryst like celebrities
We were sat at a very nice table that accomdated my party well. We started to settle in, when all of a sudden we were informed that we were sat at the wrong table and had to move over to the next booth. By this time my party was down to 5 ladies, and the booth we were moved to sat about 4.5 people. They had to pull up a stool for all of us to be able to sit down. I talked to Jeremy and asked him, if my group was at the orginal number of 7, this table would not have sat all of us. He told me that its because of the number of bottles we were ordering. More bottles=bigger table. Lame!
Well, another dissapointment, but we soldiered on. We ended up having a really great time despite the disapointments and my ladies were thankful for the little bit of real estate in the club that we were able to get. I tipped Jeremy well and thanked him for his service because he was a professional through it all and even with the dissapointments we all had a blast.
I really, really wanted to give Red Carpet VIP 5 stars, but alas, due to the dissapoitnments it bumped my review down to 4 stars. I think there could have been some kind of arrangement made i.e. if the Club isn't going to comp the bottle of Champagne, Red Carpet bring in a bottle themselves for us to have at our table. Also, making sure that we are sat at the correct table; having raised expectations about our placement and then basically having the table cloth ripped out from under us only to be placed at a less then adequate table, took some of the wind out of my VIP sails.
Overall, would I reccomend Red Carpet VIP? Yes. It was refreshing to have someone committed to their customer service and they tried their best to roll out the red carpet for our night of clubbing in Sin City.
