  • Kathryn is so amazing! I am 26 and have been getting fairly regular massages since I was 18. I am a restaurant manager and am on my feet, in heels, running around on a concrete floor for anywhere from 10-12 hours, at least five days a week. Needless to say it takes toll on my body. I've been seeing Kathryn since October and I have definitely noticed a difference. She usually does "miofascial" for a hour and then finishes me off with a more "traditional" relaxing massage for the last 30 minutes. On top of the incredible life changing massage, she will text me with different stretches that she thinks will help with my issues. If I give her feed back during the massage, for example; "when you rub that area it stretches or tingles another area", she takes notes, researches and either texts me or let's me know on my next visit. She is a simply wonderful woman, you can really tell that this is her passion and she genuinely cares. Go see her!!
