Went to Smith's and everything was fine until I entered into the produce section. Needed help. Asked employee Carlos for help. Got none. No smile, no greeting. He walked away. I still needed his help. Found him in the back on his cell phone. Took a pic of him on his phone, as I felt he would deny it. He was rude and said a comment to me that as a loyal customer, I don't appreciate. He gets an F in customer service in my book. Put this guy in basic customer service training, or I will take my biz somewhere else. Worst customer service I've received from Smith's. Get this guy off the floor, he is on personal calls while working and rude to customers. Heard from another employee that others have complained, too.
