  • Pro's: Place of business was clean and uncluttered; plenty of parking; employee's were helpful and had good attitudes. Con: Price. The only negative aspect of my purchase was the price I paid for my dryer door switch. While I expected to pay more than what was listed by online competitors, D&L's price was noticeably more than what Sears Parts charged. Sears was in Pineville; D&L was more convenient, so I went to D&L. Be it appliance parts or auto parts, paying full retail is a sticking point with me. I'd have felt a lot better about my purchase if they charged a dollar or two less than what I paid.
