Was referred to On Cue by Red Carpet Moving. They offered me a flat rate of $285 to move the table, pretty reasonable compared to other quotes that ran upwards of $300. Kevin was always very responsive and willing to accommodate.
Because of some scheduling issues, I had to reschedule the move once and on the day of the move, we actually ran into an issue because the security gate wouldn't let them in. (Guard gated, HOA community...very picky about letting people in on Sundays.) Despite all of this, Kevin was still incredibly polite and rescheduled me without any problems.
Quintin and Darcy came later that week, prompt and easy to work with. They gave me a heads up when they were on their way and the disassembly/reassembly went smoothly. They're great guys, fun to talk to, and clearly care about what they're doing.
The company mindset is easily summed up by something Quintin said when he was putting the table together: "Do it well, and treat it like it's your own."
Hands down THE company to hire for any billiards services. I promised Quintin and Darcy a multiple paragraph review, so here you go guys. Hopefully it helps!
