No customer service. We are still waiting for our plates. It's been 2 months. Chad messed up paperwork and didn't tell us until 2 days prior to expiration. We had to go to MVD to get an extension and pay for it. No reimbursement from Bill Luke. I've contacted Eric Luke and Steve Sprute via email for help. No response. We've been there 2 times because of their errors. No compensation, no apologies, nothing.
