Unfortunately, I had nothing but a negative experience at this store. My first experience with them was to fix my damaged cell phone screen. They repeatedly said, "It will be ready tomorrow." 7 days later it was finally done and I had to find out it was done by calling them AGAIN. After a week of being without my phone they never call to let me know it was done. Cut to 2 weeks later when I notice a crack in my screen and sticky homescreen button. My phone begins to fill with what looks like purple ink. I call to see if it is covered under warranty and they tell me to bring it down so they can look at it. Yet again, they say, "We will let you know today or tomorrow." I give it 2 days and call them. They say, "Our tech is looking at it right now, we will call you back." They never call me back, so I call them the next day. They say the part will take 3-5 business days, never once mention if it is covered by warranty which is all I needed to know. I call back and ask about the warranty. They say, "Our technician will call you back." Finally they call me back to tell me it isn't covered. I understand that they can't cover it because they don't know if I dropped it or not. What I don't understand is why it took 3 days to tell me it wasn't covered. I could have went and bought a phone days ago. They are very inconsiderate of their customer's time. I should not have to call every day to get an update. I am only giving 2 stars because the manager did give a 10% discount the first time because of them never calling to tell me it was ready.
