  • I originally was aiming to drive to the dealership where I bought my vehicle to repair a flat. As I was driving past Discount Tire, I decided to pull in...comes to find out (if the flat is repairable, they do it at no cost) it was free. Both service professionals were busy when I stepped into this fine establishment. Mike provided extraordinary customer service (I was wearing an all weather hoodie too). I felt like I drove with a Lamborghini. 20minutes past and Izzy handed my keys to me as if I was the president of Uganda (to say this place treats their customers just great would be an understatement). Spoke to Jacob and he informed me that he fixed the balance key (which seemed like a flux capacitor). Even though it was broken in a zip lock bag, he handed it to me as if it were a precious ornament. When I moonwalked outside to retrieve my spaceship, Orlando drove my car up to...at this moment I felt like I was in another world. Seemed as if my car's value appreciated and even felt better when I drove off. Thanks for the token experience and legendary service gentlemen!
