  • After leaving several films at Got Memories to transfer to DVD we had a major illness in the family and I called them to see If I could pay extra to have the transfer done fast. I was told they would check and see what they do to speed up the 4-5 week estimate. The next DAY I got an email saying they had shipped my order! No extra charges, and they shipped it next day fedex!! This is not only a great service but is also a business with a heart. GO THERE !!
