  • I had an appointment scheduled and showed up for my wax section only to be told that she didn't have the supplies to complete the waxing service I had SCHEDULED. She informed me that I'd have to reschedule for another day but no other day worked for me since I was getting the service for a vacation trip. I had to scramble to find another salon that could squeeze me in last minute. My advice is to make sure you triple confirm your appointment time with her so you're not wasting your time.
