  • We started coming here a while ago and had been happy with the service until today. We had an appointment at 2:30pm and over an hour later we still haven't been seen because another person brought four dogs to an appointment for one dog. No apology for the long wait, no estimated time until we are seen, no empathy, and for a place that is given to the lord I am shocked. We may need to find another place to take our dogs unfortunately.
