| - I have been visiting Main Street Station Casino for a few years now, I usually go every week with a few friends, however, our recent experience with the parking attendant has allowed us to take our patronage elsewhere.
We usually visit, gamble and buy some dinner/lunch at this casino, so when we visited on Sunday, we came purely for the buffet this time. The parking attendant (Philip) told us the parking would be comped if I visit the casino teller. I made sure of this before entering as I was visited with my parents fro our of state for the buffet (They dont like to gamble like us).
I took my ticket to get validated and they told me I had to pay for parking. I explained the situation to them and they said I would have to gamble to get free parking. I went back to Philip, and he was probably the most rudest person I have encountered this year! He said "you people go too fast" and "you didn't listen properly".
Firstly, this is EXTREMELY rude and very poor customer service, and secondly, I made an effort to clarifying the situation before I entered the parking lot. He closed the window in my face and started reading a newspaper.
I want you to know that your potential customers are being bottle-necked by this excuse of an employee, which is why you may have been experiencing a reduction in customers since putting his sorry ass in that parking lot booth. He embarrassed me in front of my family and I will not forgive that.
Please contact me when this matter is resolved, as I would love to visit this casino again
Regards,
Sean
