Bridal shopping nightmare. It boggles my mind why any women would subject themselves to David's Bridal. One would receive better service at the bumtown thrift shop than from David's Bridal.
First thing we learned upon arrival is that our assigned salesperson we've booked an appointment with is not at work that day. So they left us standing at the front door for 20 minutes, because 3 hen-like women can't figure out what to do with us.
Once they figured out what to do (find us another salesperson who wants to make a $1000 sale! Duh...), the sales lady grudgingly took us on. She doesn't know how to use a measuring tape. She can't tell what size my dress should be. She wouldn't even clip my dress during what's supposed to be a fitting; she was too busy organizing hangers.
"Why are you letting your bridesmaid try on so many dresses? Usually the brides just come in, tell the women what to buy and they pay up!" Wow. Glad I'm not dating that sales woman.
So we walked out of the store, visibly disgusted, and thought I should buy the dresses online instead. Turns out their Canadian web store doesn't allow you to buy things online. So I had to call my order in.
Delivery was worse. They called me 4 times to confirm my 3 dresses have been shipped separately. I ordered a size 4 but they shipped me a size 10. They can't rush my size of dress in because they can't guarantee delivery date. They won't give me a discount because "It's Vera Wang". My blood is boiling through my eyes at this point. If I am not the MOH and it's my bride's wish to keep this damn dress I would've driven over to David's Bridal and purged that garbage store with the stupid women in it.
