  • Elegant storefront, top-notch quality and service, serious cheese-mongers. They're patient and generous with sampling, a must because of the wide range of cheese palettes out there. They also have terrific sandwiches, beers, and salamis. Some cheeses are quite pricey, but think of them like fine wine or a fine cigar--you buy such products for a nuanced tasting, not to melt. Their dedication to carrying local artisanal cheeses makes this a must-visit on the square.
