My wife and I flew up from North Carolina and had dinner on Friday night at Gibby's. We had browsed the menu online. She had the Beef Wellington and I had Sirloin en Croƻte. I have to say it was the best piece of beef I have had anywhere. The portions were such that we could not eat all of it. So we took it back to the motel, borrowed a knife and sliced it for lunch on Saturday. Anyone visiting Montreal should go to Gibby's, but be sure to make a reservation because it is popular and without a reservation it could be a long wait.
