You never know what kind of service your going to get when it comes to T-Mobile..
Just moving here and spoiled by the Costa Mesa location I really don't know what to expect because T-Mobile has really bad customer service, we've been with them for over 10+ years and we've had our fair share of crappy service.
My mom finally broke down and went to a real smartphone, she still had a phone with a keyboard that's how old her phone was LOL!
I prepared my mom by showing her how to use my phone so she could be comfortable with it by the time she got hers, of course when we came in the store nobody greeted us, the store was empty we were the only customers and one employee was standing at the counter but the other two should be really be ashamed of themselves, they were sitting down watching Seinfeld and on social media watching videos cracking up. Aren't you getting paid to WORK and not just sitting on your butts goofing off?!
At least the employee that help us was actually working and doing his job, he did the transaction smoothly and their weren't any issues, he put her screen protector on so precisely it was nothing I've ever seen before! I loved that the store was empty so that their weren't any hiccups with her upgrade. My mom is extremely happy with her phone and that's all that counts
