  • I was just in Costco. I've been a member for 20+ years. I was just very rudely thrown out with my emotional support dog. He was enclosed In his backpack and doing no harm to anyone. An older, curly, white haired man told me to get out and read the sign. I've not had this rude of a customer service experience. When I asked why he was so rude he said he was t rude but I was wrong. I'm very shaken and won't be renewing my membership. You may not value my ptsd but this dog IS a service animal and I placed him in a backpack to make it easier for others not to touch him. Last week we entered with no problem. Shame on you for how you speak to and treat your loyal customers.
