Stayed here 4 nights on a promo package. It was a great deal but what they don't tell you until check-in is that you have to sit through a 90-minute sales presentation where they put on the hard sell to buy a timeshare. The salesman we had was very nice and informative, but it took more than 90 minutes and when we informed him afterwards that we didn't want to buy, we were told we had to come back to fill out a survey on his performance. Ok, so we did that, which took only a few minutes. But please don't try to sell me again during the check-out survey. This time they were pushing a return visit to the resort. I found that cheesy, pushy and annoying. Mostly I was put off by the curt service we received after we said we're not buying. After we checked out and left the property, we thought we had left something in the room. The front desk was very nice when I called to see if they could check the room - he said he would call me back in 5-10 minutes. Having heard nothing back 20 minutes later, I called back and was told they would call me back in a few minutes. I'm still waiting . . . If you don't buy, they turn off the charm and the service. Very disappointing.
