  • This is my 3rd time using K&J windows so that should probably sum up everything you need to know about how I feel about them. The first time was to replace a sliding glass door. The first 2 sliding glass doors I replaced I used Home Depot and it was a meh experience, the second was Lowes and it was a disaster (they still haven't called me back with problems I was having with the door). The 3rd was K&J and the quote was less than I received from Home Depot or Lowes. Now I am a firm believer in that you get what you pay for in life, so cost was not the big deciding factor. K&J had so many good reviews I decided to try them out and I was not disappointed. Since the initial sliding glass door install I have used K&J to replace my front door and every window in my house. From the front office, to Tony my sales rep, and all of the installers it has been a great experience. When you find a company like this use them and tell your friends. They must treat their employees well because the guys are always pleasant when they come out. Finally a big shout out to Richard, my installer. This guy kept me informed about every step and every detail along the process. Great craftsmanship!
