| - My wife went there the first time in November. Everything was great. When she went to fix a couple of nails that had broken, they did it free of charge and with a nice attitude. Last week she scheduled an appointment at 10:00, and was there at 9:52. She has to wait until 11:00- one hour wait. Around 10:00, they kept telling her "10 more minutes" over and over again. After she told them that their service was horrible today, and that she shouldn't even have scheduled an appointment, the employee who was working on her nails looked at her and told her, "I don't like customers who complain. Don't complain." So she payed them for advice on how to act, or to do her nails? As the employee was filing her nails with the buffer, they kept getting close to her skin and she would mention that. The employee kept waving her off. In the end, the employee had cut throw the skin surrounding the nail very deeply, and till today, she has that cut. Unacceptable. Very rude and disrespectful, even their attitudes were nasty. Nice place, horrible service.
