  • Horrible customer service - thank you for making my decision to support only sephora that much easier. Monday night- empty.. just wanted my bare minerals foundation. The lady was helping a guest with applying make-up... she saw me clearly looking all through out the foundations since I was considering trying something new.... No "can I help you- or I'll be right with you". I politely asked her if there was anyone else who can help- w.out speaking to me she "radios" for back up.... nothing..... I'm visibly getting irritated... nothing... no words spoken to me.. she.calls for back up again. Crickets.... again nothing from the lady applying foundation (in silence) to the other guest. I suppose multi tasking isn't a requirement to work at Ulta. On a positive note- when I stormed out of the store (after saying- I'll go to sephora to the bare minerals girl)- the checkout lady did say "Have a nice day". Sephora it is.
