| - Wow, this place is huge! We came in for supper, and were seated on the second level. The waiter was a no-nonsense fellow who barely said three words to us, but I guess we weren't there to make friends.
Though the service was curt, it was quick. Not that we were necessarily looking to get out of there in a hurry, but we were kind of hungry, so it didn't hurt.
My husband had the top sirloin baseball cut with mashed potatoes. He said the steak wasn't anything special, and the potatoes were quite bland. This was surprising, considering the price.
I had the shrimp with wild rice and spinach. It came with a little pot of melted butter, so my life was grand. There was nothing on my plate that I didn't dip in melted butter. This has led me to a new inspirational lifestyle in which I will now only eat foods that have been wholly submerged in delicious slated butter.
Anyway, the whole experience cost more than it was worth, so three stars it is!
